AWe only supply as a full kit. Odd panels can often get damaged in transit - Q
Does the kit have a ceiling panel?
AOur kits do not include roof panels

Can soundproofing be fitted before the ply ling?

It depends, if you are using a product like dodo mat or similar then yes.
If the product was more than 3 or 4mm thick it may cause an issue.
You should be good though.
