Do the extensions come with the top hat and covers as well, or do these need to be bought separately?

Hi, With the extra 63mm what is the total gap to roof please ? I have a sat dish fitted and need to clear this. I also have a Thule awning fitted to the offside, are there adaptor brackets for this ( to enable roof rack fitting without disturbing the awning) My vehicle is L3 H2 2014 Fiat Ducato lhd Many thanks
AThe Standard bracket height included with the Van Guard Ultibar for this vehicle is 85mm.
Extension brackets add an additional 63mm of clearance.
